What modifications require certification?

Did you know that not every modification requires mod plating? The information surrounding what does and doesn't need certification can often be confusing. While guidelines are based on the Australian Design Rules (ADR) and outlined in the Vehicle Standards Bulletin 14, the QLD modification codes aren’t always presented in a user-friendly way.
